This wheat ale is both sweet and tart and loaded with locally grown strawberries, a hint of spice is residual from this classic Belgian yeast strain and lactose was added giving this beer its slightly sweet finish. ABV 4.9% IBU 8 Bronze in Fruit Wheat Beer 2016 (Canadian Beer Awards)
